Refund & Return Policy
All products sold on this website are made to order and printed on demand by a third-party fulfillment provider (Gelato) once an order is placed through Shopify. Each item is produced specifically according to the selected design, size, and color chosen by the customer.
Because our products are custom-made for each order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, or personal taste. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing product descriptions, size charts, and order details before completing their purchase.
However, if a product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, we will gladly offer a replacement or a refund. In such cases, customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. To submit a claim, please email us at Fantasyspires@gmail.com with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the product (and packaging if available). Claims submitted after this period or without sufficient proof may not be approved.
Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will either issue a replacement at no additional cost or process a refund to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
In most cases, defective or incorrect items do not need to be returned, unless we specifically request it. Return shipping costs are only covered when the issue is due to a manufacturing error or fulfillment mistake.
This policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws. Depending on the customer’s country or region of residence, additional rights may apply.
