TERMS OF SALE

Article 1 – Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern the sale of products by Alexandre PICOT, Sole Trader, on the website fantasyspires.com, to any buyer (hereinafter "the Customer").

Article 3 – Products

The products offered for sale are those listed on fantasyspires.com at the time of browsing. Product photos and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.

Article 4 – Pricing

Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD), inclusive of all applicable taxes. Alexandre PICOT reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to an order is the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 5 – Orders

Customers place orders online via fantasyspires.com. The sale is deemed complete upon the Customer's receipt of an order confirmation email. Alexandre PICOT reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a payment dispute relating to a prior order.

Article 6 – Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Customers may pay using the methods available on the website. All payment data is encrypted and processed securely.

Article 7 – Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of ordering. Delivery times are given as estimates only. No cancellation or compensation may be claimed in the event of a delay.

Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason or pay any penalty. Return shipping costs are the Customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Article 9 – Returns and Refunds

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, Alexandre PICOT will refund the Customer within 14 days of receiving the returned products, using the same payment method used for the original order.

Article 10 – Legal Warranties

All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

Article 11 – Liability

Alexandre PICOT shall not be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of a purchased product. Liability is limited to the amount of the order in question.

Article 12 – Personal Data

Personal data collected during the ordering process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on fantasyspires.com.

Article 13 – Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the Customer may seek conventional mediation or any other alternative dispute resolution method. Failing an amicable resolution, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction. French law applies to this contract.
